Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition (Hunter Role)
Identify and target high-potential B2B clients across diverse industries.
Develop a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and key decision-makers.
Create customized sales pitches and proposals to win new accounts.
2. Solution Selling & Consultative Sales Approach
Understand customer needs, pain points, and procurement challenges.
Propose tailored packaging solutions that align with client operations and supply chain requirements.
Educate prospects on tech-driven capabilities such as vendor consolidation, JIT deliveries, and cost optimization.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from first contact to contract signing.
Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and agreement structuring with prospective clients.
Work with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
4. Strategic Market Expansion
Identify and penetrate new geographical regions with high potential.
Develop sales strategies and market entry plans for untapped customer segments.
Partner with marketing to design demand-generation campaigns and targeted outreach.
5. Sales Performance & Reporting
Consistently achieve and exceed sales revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status, key deals, and market trends.
Candidate Profile
1. Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

Solution Selling & Consultative Approach – Ability to align customer pain points with tailored packaging solutions.
Negotiation & Closing Skills – Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
CRM & Sales Tech Proficiency – Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and AI-driven prospecting.
Networking & Relationship Management – Ability to build and nurture long-term B2B partnerships.
Communication & Presentation Skills – Strong ability to convey value propositions and business impact.
