Full Job Description
- MUST HAVES:
- B.Tech (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Production)
- Industrial Automation & Automobile sector
- Extremely well versed with all Operations in an automotive or production line.
- Must have handled at least a team size of at least 50.
- The Directors/heads of multiple verticals will be reporting to this candidate
- WFO only in Pune
- NICE TO HAVES: : – Robotics and Automation background,
Requirements: –
- 15+ years of experience working in the operations functions
- 5+ years of experience in managing large teams
- Knowledge of legal rules and guidelines pertaining to the industry
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, lean process design, manufacturing and after sales support etc.)
- Extensive experience with procurement & vendor management
Good to Have Certifications:
- Project management (PMP)
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Lean, Six Sigma
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹7,000,000.00 per year
