Envent Worldwide Pvt Ltd Hiring for Head of Operations at Gurgaon Full Time

JOB TITLE: Senior Manager- Operations/Head- Operations

Background

Envent World as an organization own brand 2 Audio brands Blaupunkt and Envent, targeting different price segments. While all our imports come from China we sell through online platforms like Flipkart & Amazon and organized retails like Croma etc and to do that we need to deliver material across more than 15 locations in India. To cater to this movement, we have 3 different outsourced warehouses across key cities. We currently have team of 4 people handling Logistics and Import part and we need to add a senior resource as head of Logistics & Warehousing to take care of this vertical and report into management. The job wise break up would be Warehousing: 50%; Logistics: 30%, Import/Export Management: 20%

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Directing organization’s overall Warehousing, Supply chain & logistics operations with a team of 4 people directly reporting into him.
• Responsible for overall cost management, ensuring smooth operations, mutual coordination, productivity analysis for all the 3 verticals
• Supervise overall outsourced warehousing operations across India and will be responsible for inventory management, stock auditing etc.
• Overall responsible for managing Logistics for B2B (Amazon, Flipkart, Channel partners) & B2C shipments (Incl. reverse logistics) across the country.
• Vendor management including negotiations, agreements across the 3 verticals
• Understand rules and regulations of various verticals including BIS/WPC/ETA etc. and ensuring strong compliance with all of them.
• Timely management of overall Import & Export activities (Air/ Sea shipment).

Qualification & Experience

• Hands on experience of Warehouse management & Logistics is must! Experience of handling Import will be an added advantage
• Graduation: B. Tech Preferred
• Post-Graduation- Regular MBA Supply Chain & Logistics Management, MBA Operations.
• 12-18 years of overall experience.

CTC & Job Location

• Job Location: Sohna Road, Gurgaon
• Salary Structure: 90-10% between fixed and variable. Variable will have 2 component basis his performance as well as basis company’s performance. His performance will be paid monthly!
