Job Description Summary
This person will be reporting into GE Healthcare Integrations Leader and responsible for managing the integration product development projects and engagements with the stakeholders, collaborating with a globally distributed team of GE Healthcare employees and contractors. He/she will works independently, at the same time collaborating with multiple team, follow the GE Healthcare standards and track the program/project engagements through the entire life-cycle.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Own multiple medium or large sized integration projects / programs
Interact with customers and product managers to understand customer needs and timelines
Apply Agile principles to translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning
Integrating very large Enterprise applications ERP systems (Oracle, SAP etc.), CRM systems (Siebel), Salesforce etc.,
Acquire and demonstrate domain knowledge on business workstreams
Demonstrate practical experience in Agile Methodology to runs scrums and stand-ups to collaborate with engineering teams and support them with scope considerations, product requirements
Demonstrate increasing understanding of product and project management
Demonstrate superior knowledge of software development life cycles to collaborate with Quality Engineering and Build and Release teams
Ensure that intermediate and major features releases meet quality standards and functional requirements
A minimum of 5 – 8 years of professional project / program management experience in Information Technology
Knowledge of software development life cycle, Service Oriented Architecture and project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, scrum etc..)
Experience with one or more of the project management tools such as MS Project, Rally, ALM, Jeera Smartsheet etc.
Broad understanding of n-tier application architecture and Experience with process quality methodology and tools
Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
Project management experience in global environments
Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
• Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices

• Demonstrates knowledge of technologies in the market to help make buy vs build recommendations, scope MVPs, and to drive market timing decisions
