Functions:

• Develop and execute the strategy for Australia’s continuous growth expansion
• Identify roadblocks for merchants and create projects to solve these challenges
• Create and execute a successful lead generation strategy for all our services
• Implementing cross-selling and up-selling strategies
• Define strategies and initiatives to attain continuous growth
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring throughout the organization
• Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop, execute and monitor sales metrics(KPI’s, SLA’s, OKR’s)
• Monthly business reviews and accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities
• Continuous training and development of sales team

We offer:

• Based salary from ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00

Skills:

• Strong leadership to create, adapt and drive change
• Anticipate future trends accurately; learn quickly and think independently to adapt
• Speed of change/ability to work on very tight deadlines
• Advanced English level; ability to read, redact, understand emails and hold conversations

Knowledge:

• Understand the value proposition of e-commerce and SaaS companies
• Understand e-commerce trends and market strategies
• Understand the importance and basic uses of CRM’s
• Well-informed in automation and auditing of processes

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in Sales Management managing complex and diverse portfolios
• Experience managing a sales budget
• Proven sales records managing high value clients
• Prior experience and strong understanding of e-commerce and logistics operations
• Bachelor ‘s degree
• Master degree is a plus
