Location -Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Responsibilities

· * Conduct project administration duties including the coordination of events, event planning, participant invites and registrations, materials preparation, materials distribution and all tracking of event details.

• Maintain records of all documents and correspondence related to projects.

• Initiate project activities.

• Produce, review and distribute reports.

• Support Project Coordinator to deliver on time & on budget.

• Act as a point of contact for beneficiaries & other stake holders.

• Gather and analyze information to support project development and project implementation

• Building a team of volunteers, paid interns and full time team.

• Partnership Management – Develop and manage partnerships with Schools, Colleges, social sector organizations, Colleges/ Institutions/ Universities, NGO, government agencies bodies etc.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation

• 2yr of exp is preferred

• Strong communication skills.

• Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Excellent computer skills

• Reporting skills

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Flexible, highly motivated self-starter.

• Fluency in written and spoken local languages

Salary: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month

( Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience & last drawn salary drawn)
