Back office sales executive/Team lead
Location: Chennai Corporate office, Egmore
Requirements:
Education: B-Com / BA
Computer Skill: Excel / Word / Powerpoint / E-Mail
Knowledge in Auto CAD is preferable
Experience in Glass Industry 3 to 5 years preferable
Experience in Support Office operations PI Making, Optimisation
Language: English, Hindi, Tamil / Telugu
Experience in Customer Support: Coordination between Customer

Should have good communication skills and good convincing
power
Should be multitasking
25,000 to 30,000 Rs.
1. Assist and support sales back office team in their day to day operations
2. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
3. Support sales team in handling and documenting customer accounts
4. Create sales quotation and sales order
5. Execute sales orders and ensure timely delivery is assured with proper follow up with all concerned
6. Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs
7. Should understand customers needs and propose solutions that suit them.
8. Do payment follow-up and ensure payment is received in time
9. Follow-up on all pending matters.
10. Discuss and update the matters with the HOD as and when required.
11. Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per PI made
12. Generate new leads and ensure sales promotion
13. Handle the sales inquiries effectively
