EOS Mechanical Inc Hiring for Project Engineer at Bangalore Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager who can oversee the planning and execution of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in managing BIM, creating BIM models, submittals, scope sheet development, schedule maintenance, and quotation comparison. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Understand the contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Create and review project scope sheets to ensure all requirements are met.
• Review and compare quotes from vendors to ensure the best prices and quality.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Create and submit project submittals and maintain documentation.
• Manage project budgets and ensure costs are within budgetary limits.
• Communicate regularly provide updates.
• Create and manage BIM models to ensure coordination and accuracy with other trades.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the project and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and design principles.
• Strong project management skills, including schedule maintenance and budget management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience in Procore.
• Experience in BIM.
