Job Role – To take inbound and outbound calls for a US based process, convince customers to make payments towards defaulted amount.
Eligibility – HSC minimum Education qualification
Experience : – BPO experience (CS, Sales, Retention, collection), non BPO experience & fresher may apply too
Shift Time : 5:00 PM to 10 AM – 9hours (rotational shift)
