One of our prestigious client, Sharkhan is looking for excellent communicator for the role of CSE ( Customer Service Executive) role

About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer customer queries professionally through all the servicing channels and provide information/resolutions within the specified turnaround time
2. Record and categorize all customer interactions
3. Interact with the internal department for query resolution, and maintain regular follow-ups
4. Provide regular updates to the customer for attempted open cases
5. Adhere to the servicing escalation matrix so that specified TATs are achieved
6. Keep up to date with the latest events in processes/products
7. Read and understood customer communications properly and respond to each point raised
8. Check all facts before sending out replies so that accurate information as per the company’s policy and processes are disseminated to the customer

Requirements:

1. Excellent communicators are expected to apply how are ready to attend face-to-face round of interviews by Monday
