The Product Manager will understand our customers and develop services to address their needs. We have several products which require additional development to support customers. Development include product features, functions and processes to support customers who use the products and services. Processes including onboarding and retention programs.

Responsibilities

• Speak with our customers and understand them and their business. Understand the challenges they face in reaching their aspirations.
• Understand our current products and services and gaps in delivering excellent customer experience.
• Develop processes to support automation where practical.

• Manage the delivery of products and services to exceed customer expectations.
• Understand global requirements for service delivery.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing members
• Effectively utilize internal systems and tools such as our CRM, Email, marketing and Internal communications platforms

Skills

• Proven working experience in developing products and services
• Experience in understanding customer requirements
• Experience may include marketing
• Proficiency in using technology
• Communication skills

• Good writing skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
