Job Brief:

Should be responsible member of the operations team supporting data management, client reporting and problem resolution. Will have to work closely with the respective internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrity of the data systems. India Workforce Solutions’ (IWS) Employment Bureau streamlines the information between employers (data contributors) and verifiers (employers, background verification companies on behalf of employers) benefiting the employee-consumer by accelerating the decision process.

Responsibilities:

1. Educating Members with regards to Data submission format.

2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize business and

information requirements.

3. Processing correction and account migration request received from members.

4. Daily tracking and monitoring file processing.

5. Accommodating and Managing MIS as per business and RBI requirements.

6. Monitoring and analyzing data received from customers.

7. Regular follow ups with customers regarding data submission or anomalies.

8. Communicating with customers and resolving their concerns/queries.

9. Analyzing existing tasks, conventions, and processes, and making

arrangements for development.

10.Assisting with training and onboarding measures for clients, along with sending

feedback.

11.Handling Monthly Monitoring reports for MFIN.

12.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

13.Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.

14.Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
