This role will work closely with the CXO team to manage all general administration, assist with event planning,
and facilitate the smooth day to day operations and functioning of the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, make appointments, arrange schedules, prepare agendas, and
other general assistance as required for one or more C-Level officers
Answer, screen, and direct calls or emails of a complex nature, delegating those that can be handled by
executive subordinates
Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint
including typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations
Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects where needed, including
social media platforms
Maintain records and all legal documentation as well as the on-time delivery of mail and customer
correspondence.
Represent our company in relevant meetings and social eventsExhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on
efficiency without sacrificing quality
Available to support outside of normal business hours when needed
IDEAL PROFILE:
You have at least 8 to 10 year’s experience within an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role.Education: Graduate or PG in management or related fields.You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.You ideally have prior accounting experience.You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsJob Location – Kharadi, Pune
