We are now looking for a Learning Consultant for our Ericsson Global Services India L&D team. The role will give the selected candidate a unique opportunity to work across the Ericsson group and to build a global network.

As a learning consultant for your dedicated business unit(s), you will be driving large scale upskilling/reskilling programs in partnership with the business to make our workforce future ready. The role is hosted within BCSS People Team but are working cross our respective Business Areas (BA’s).

What you will do

• Strongly partner with your business leader and competence driver to build the strategic learning plan for upskill/reskill to fulfill business strategy aligned with OKRs
• Partner with your stakeholders to drive a learning culture within the unit
• Roll out global programs within your unit and monitor progress and feedback
• Understand competence gaps and be active in the curation, design, development of content and assessments. Implement scalable, cost optimized learning solutions.
• Collaborate with external training partners, Learning Services team and internal SMEs to roll out learning solutions
• Facilitate, cascade and promote the most optimal learning avenues within the ecosystem
• Share progress report to business focusing on learning analytics and impact created
• Participate in workgroups for cross-functional/learning projects
• Expected to drive our improvement and automation initiatives by acting as a project manager. This includes, but are not limited to, collection of requirements, creation of budget and time plan, presentation of ROI and drive to completion.
• Ability to compile, brand, drive and communicate L&D initiatives to a larger audience
• Take responsibility and drive in the design of learning solutions. Ensure cross organizational requirements are collected and met. Coach peers and stakeholders to improve their learning practice.

You will bring

• 10-12 years of overall work experience with demonstrable track record in Learning field.
• Education: Bachelor degree in a Business/Technology field.
• A degree/qualification in HR/learning related field is desirable.
• Experience and a strong interest in the field of L&D is required
• Ability to conceptualize a new initiative/change and drive the needed to completion.
• Self -Starter attitude with creative and solutioning mind
• Strong understanding of technology shift and market trends in ICT industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment amidst a matrixed set-up.
• Technology bent of mind with a keen interest on digital solutions for learning.
• Must be a great team-player, strong project management and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication skills and ability to network and influence.

• Competence drivers, leaders and senior/mid-level managers within the business unit(s) you partner with
• L&D Head in the respective Business Area, respective People Business Partners of your unit.
• Colleagues within the L&D community, learning shared services, learning services and Group Function L&D.
• Sourcing and training suppliers.
