Role Summary
Escalent is poised for an explosive growth phase hence, we are significantly ramping-up operations. Our LifeSciences and Healthcare team that services all of our key verticals is witnessing a significant surge in work volume. We are looking for a seasoned professional with expert knowledge in this field and a Strategy Consulting mindset. The candidate will play an instrumental role in servicing the increased demand without losing time and quality.
Background:
Responsibilities
– End-to-end responsibility for delivery on key client accounts – front end role in scoping and delivery of key projects to clients
– Develop marketable solutions/capabilities
– Adhere to high quality standards across all proposals
– Identify sales trends and closely manage profitability on projects
– Should be available to travel to present project outcomes to clients, and to support business development endeavors
– Build analytical plans on accounts, and secure buy-in from client and internal stakeholders
– Lead / participate in telephonic or in-person hypothesis gathering sessions, and moderate client discussions
– Lead a team to conduct research as per standard industry protocols using multiple methodologies
– Guide multiple project teams to cull-out insights and recommendations for the client, and help present project outcomes in client conversations
– Demonstrate subject matter expertise and gravitas in business areas to help add validity and relevance to findings from an engagement
– Ensure high levels of productivity and quality in the managed engagements
– Work closely with the sales leadership to develop new client accounts and new areas of business
– Lead and support revenue growth by providing subject matter expertise in the design and delivery phases of engagements
– Manage any special projects/initiatives depending on the business need
