Opening for Digital Marketing – Client Accounts Executive

Location: Hyderabad/ anywhere in India (flexible for relocation)

Experience: Freshers/ experience with Min. 1 year

CTC: 25-30K per month

Notice Period: Immediately

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education /Certification:

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

MBA, preferred

Core Responsibilities:

· Engages with advertisers to understand their advertising goals and expectations from the program.

· Work alongside Sales teams to drive business/performance and product team to solve issues.

· Carrying out post-campaign analysis to provide insights to share with Sales/Clients.

· To create advanced PPT’s and share all the required data metrics to client to help them understand their performance.

· Optimize campaigns for a variety of success metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and seek opportunities to improve campaign performance

· Interact with clients to reach agreement on campaign objectives and path to achieve specific objectives

· Proactively monitor campaign pacing (delivery), performance (KPIs) and profitability and take necessary actions.

· Utilize own insights, analysis and client feedback to tune campaigns for success

· Work with internal teams to manage objectives and concerns related to campaigns

· Coordinate with Operations Head and Finance to ensure smooth invoicing of campaigns.

· Share, educate and assist internal team members and clients with relevant insights to improve company’s offerings

· Explore upsell opportunities with clients being handled

· Work closely with technology partners to improve campaign delivery

· Maintaining accurate reference documentation for internal management

· Highest possible standards of customer service from the teams and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation

· Proactively keep self-updated on various Sizmek products.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

· Superior verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have knowledge in online advertisements and campaign management.

· Flexible to work.

· Experience with Ad serving platforms.

· Must be a smart learner.

· Must be very good in MS word, excel and power point presentation.
