Role Description

Escon Elevators is looking for a full-time Branch Manager to lead and manage the Navi Mumbai office. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch office such as sales, operations, and customer service. This is an on-site role, and the candidate will be located in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Experience in the elevator industry as BM for 5 years
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Experience in sales, operations, and customer service
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s of Engineering.
• Knowledge of local business laws and regulations
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
