We are looking for an outgoing customer service associate to assist our customers with product inquiries in a proficient and friendly manner. The customer service associate will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and Services issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner. You will apply your multitasking skills by listening and speaking to customers, navigating computers, and typing call documentation simultaneously. You will have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust.
To ensure success in this position you will have the ability to maintain a sound knowledge of products and services and be an effective communicator. Top candidates are detail-oriented, motivated, and have excellent people skills.
Educational Background:
1. UG/PG any with relevant skills & knowledge.
2. Must Be from English medium Schooling Background with Good Academics.
3. Excellent writing Skills & Typing accuracy in English Mandatory.
4. System Proficiency mandatory.
5. MS office Package proficiency.
Experience Preferred:
– Must be from a Management Background for Training & Development Purpose.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong people skills.

– Receiving calls of customers
-Make a note of the queries and communicate with the team.
– Follow up & resolve queries in minimum time.
– Keep track of the queries that are unresolved.
– Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
– Providing outstanding customer service.
– Updating customer information as required – Candidates Having Experience in BPO Will Be Preferred.
– Take Ownership of Customer Issues.
– Troubleshoot Problems And See Them Through To Resolution
– Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Internal Teams
– Document Knowledge In The Form Of Solution Articles – Maintaining confidentiality of information. – Performing other duties as the need arises
Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate
· Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email
· Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization’s services, and customer service policies
· Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
· Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
· Recommend new services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
· Assist clients by demonstrating the use of Services and programs and answering any questions they may have.
· Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
· Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
Qualifications for Customer Service Associate
· 2+ years of previous customer service experience a plus
· Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the customer service team
· Extensive knowledge of the company’s policies, procedures and services
· Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
