JOB DESCRIPTION
- FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY.
- Team work ability, she should be able to handle the team.
- Problem solving ability.
- Ability to delegate work & get it done in limited time frame.
- Documentation management.
- Managing work flow.
- Creating & managing team schedules.
- Reporting to HR & senior management.
- Evaluate performance & provide feedback.
- Taking timely reports from field executives and uploading them.
- Follow up with field executives and office executives for proper work flow.
- Maintain timelines.
- Set clear purpose, goals and expectations for the team.
SKILLS
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Should be smart enough to tackle FE & OE and maintain TAT.
- Must find ways to get the work done in the specified time period.
- Must have administrative qualities.
- Good knowledge of computer, M.S. office, portals, etc.
- Must have interpersonal skills, adaptability, conflict resolution and mentor ship.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
