Job Description:
All Electrical Break Down attend related with Plant maintenance activity as informed by department (like machinery, utility, lighting, wiring etc.)
Routine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance work as per given schedule from the department
Always try to maintain machine in Healthy or working condition
Check & inform to department of sufficient consumable stocks of spares as and when required during preventive & breakdown maintenance
Check & inform to department for the required value of earth resistance for protection against live line fault in peak hours
Check & note down record of fuel & Diesel consumption used utility
Always work and follow the rules & regulation of ISO & 5S
Maintaining G.E.B. G7 sheet daily data record (kwh, kvah, kvarh, RMD, BMD)
Check & inform to department about APFC panel working normally or not
Basic Knowledge of PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA for trouble shooting and repairing

Diploma or BE both candidate can apply. Experience in extrusion is more relevant.
