Catalyst is our largest analytical unit focused on the optimisation and modernisation of our methods and processes by leveraging technology, automation, and visualisation. The team is also responsible for developing and executing our custom productised solutions (NextGen practice) that allow us to answer our clients’ critical business questions faster. Our research is varied in terms of geographic footprint. Typically, work will either be multi-country or global. For this reason, English language skill are a must. Additionally, there also a great deal of variety in terms of sectors – while the Research Associate will often be working with the big global FMCG players such as those in Consumer Finance, Home & Garden and Packaging, other key clients come from areas such as government organizations and trade associations. As such, work can be business-to-business or consumer focused.
