Job Description Summary:

We are seeing for an Finance Manager who will be responsible for developing financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of the organization. He will analyze investment data, prepare financial documents and business reports, ensure financial transactions adhere to legal regulations, and look for investment opportunities and ways to maximize profits and use insights to make financial recommendations to management.

Who will takecare, and guide internal financial decisions involving portfolio management, investment planning, tax minimization, risk management & budgeting, including customer satisfaction, financial performance, and sales and revenue generation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

• Ensures business processes, administration and financial management.
• Monitor the day-to-day accounting activities within the company (invoicing, and other transactions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Financial reports for management reporting.
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for company leadership.
• Manage Equity and debt funding requirements to support project analysis, validation of action plans.
• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Execute accurate reporting, enabling yourself to analyze options and make financial recommendations.
• Handle and execute for GST, TDS and other Tax filing.
• Provide insight into business performance against competitor and industry trends.
• Manage relationships with Investors, bankers, NBFC, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
• Reviews financial reports &Prepares financial forecasts.
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Assists management to make financial decisions.
• Reviews and processes payments of the company.
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; with CA qualification.
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
• Analytical skill with good understanding of MIS, P&L & Balance Sheet.
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business/finance partners.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
• Strong demonstrated use of MS suits (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
