We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.Software Engineering Lead AnalystROLE SUMMARY:Develop software solutions for one of the Behavioral Health and Care Solutions Delivery teams. This individual will be working on several of the largest Technology initiatives for Evernorth targeted at revolutionizing Health Services and Healthcare Delivery system in the United States. The focus of the work is to continue to enhance Evernorths market winning capabilities in the Behavioral Health and Care Solutions space. The Technology strategy is completely aligned to our business strategy and the candidate will be able to influence technology\business direction within a world class Delivery Vertical. The solution focuses on enabling this change using the latest technologies and development techniques.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, test and maintain software solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Develop engineering solutions in alignment with the Technology strategy and meeting applications requirements as well as industry standard best practices.
• Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.
• Sizes User Stories based on time / difficulty to complete.
• Provides input on specific challenges facing User Stories.
• Discuss risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Determine if User Stories meet the Definition of Ready
• Selects User Stories to be completed in the Iteration, based on User Story priority and team capacity and velocity.
• Breaks User Stories into tasks.
• Participates in the confidence vote.
• Participate in the daily stand up

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working experience with following technologiesKafka,AWS(serverless related services), Java, Springboot, Spring, Python, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, any No-SQL databases.
• Strong analytical skills to challenge design recommendations
• Proven experience delivering software solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team.
• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
• Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• 5-8 Years Experiencein IT
• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exposure to EKS
• Industry standards for Error handling
• Familiarity with Medical Data
