- Perform thorough requirement interviews with project stakeholders
- Consistently deliver project status and time tracking regularly to management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage work load to meet project deadlines
- Ability to handle complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines
- Provide direction and be a point of contact for more junior members of the team
- Work with business partners to enhance functionality and processes
- Provide on the job training and mentoring of new hires
