Looking for eCommerce Customer Service Executive with minimum 1 year of experience. (FEMALES)
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, messages, and customer service inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Candidate needs to handle social media platforms like Instagram, etc
- Must have prior knowledge of Handling Social Media Account for any E-commerce Co.
- Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat.

Salary: ₹9,304.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
