Looking for eCommerce Customer Service Executive with minimum 1 year of experience. (FEMALES)

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls, messages, and customer service inquiries.
• Identifying and assessing customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Candidate needs to handle social media platforms like Instagram, etc
• Must have prior knowledge of Handling Social Media Account for any E-commerce Co.
• Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat.

Expected Start Date: 30/11/2021

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,304.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
