What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months – 1 years of overall work experience
- Candidate should have been on a minimum continuous career break of 1 year
- Candidates should have experience in the voice process of any Contact center
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills – English & Hindi
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be a graduate
- Knowledge in Research/Data Analysis will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Make calls to customers to collect survey information
- Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate this information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Good Data Analysis Capability
