Job Summary

We are hiring for Experienced Customer Service Executives for in-house Operations Department. We are a Women’s fashion brand and so preference will be given to female candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for effective handling of customer queries, through Calls, Chat, and Email.
• Follow-up with internal teams to close customer queries independently
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
• Execution of Order updates.
• Tracking of Orders
• Processing returns and exchanges

Qualifications and Skills * Very good command over English (Vocal & Written)

• Smartness in terms of client and query handling
• Should be good in inter-personal relationships
• Should be able to draft E-mails shared internally as well as with clients
• Respond and act on customers’ inquiries and complaints in accordance with the company’s policy

BenefitsWork Timings- 9.30 am- 6:30 pm.

Working days- Monday to Saturday. Sunday fixed off.
