Full Job Description
We are looking for an organized and well-spoken individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Founders.You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and provide day to day business support to the founders.Responsibilities: Acting as an owner and the first point of contact to coordinate tasks and admin activities for the Founders including (but not limited to):Managing calendars – scheduling meetings & appointments incl. global events e.g. Townhall, Online and offline team engagement eventsCompiling and disseminating meeting documentsHandle travel bookings & expense claimsTracking infrastructure and inventory for new joiners / leaversRaise purchase orders – stationery, office equipment (headsets, laptops), licenses, employee welfare items and othersMaintain email distribution lists, Staff communications, email broadcastsSkills: · Fluent in English (written and verbal)Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to create presentations and reportsStrong organisational and planning skillsA self-starter with strong analytical skillsExcellent spreadsheet and/or basic database skills (data matching, data entry, basic reporting)Passionate environmentalists and animal lovers preferredSystems thinker with detail oriented and process thinking- doer instead of talkerOutgoing and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressureProactive and independent with the ability to think out of the boxExperience working in a matrix and highly collaborative team orientated environmentQualifications: Previous experience in administrative assistant preferably supporting senior stakeholders i.e. Managing Directors / Directors in onshore locationsEducated to Bachelor’s degree level (Business Administration) or equivalent qualification/work exCompensation: INR 25,000 – 35,000 per monthLocation: Andheri East, Mumbai, India – Immediate JoiningJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayMorning shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Required)
