About the Role: In this rapidly evolving world, Evolve Medical Systems is always looking for new ways to disrupt the status quo, go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge digital health solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most important, we need a product manager who can help us build better products that people love to use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customers, to ensure that products are delivered on time and to the desired quality.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, backlog and features based on market needs and customer feedback.
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
• Resourceful and mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Communicate product vision and goals clearly to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for all product-related questions and inquiries
• Ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful digital products, specifically mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
• Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology.
• Experience with custom, private labelled apps.
• Experience with Digital Health.
