- Reach out to customers to book loads
- Continuously monitor the load boards to book loads
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions. Often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied
- Identify customer needs or desires to recommend the appropriate product or service
- Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints
- Answer all phone calls from customers
- Monitor and reply to all emails form customers
- Book pickup and delivery appointments
- Planning of LTL, Tracking & tracing
- Communicate with customers for shipments late or problematic
- Must pay attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Available to work during North American business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Salary: ₹10,618.59 – ₹36,612.98 per month
