Excel D Express Hiring for Dispatch Coordinator at Remote Full Time

• Reach out to customers to book loads
• Continuously monitor the load boards to book loads
• Handle customer complaints by providing solutions. Often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied
• Identify customer needs or desires to recommend the appropriate product or service
• Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints
• Answer all phone calls from customers
• Monitor and reply to all emails form customers
• Book pickup and delivery appointments
• Planning of LTL, Tracking & tracing
• Communicate with customers for shipments late or problematic
• Must pay attention to detail
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Available to work during North American business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹10,618.59 – ₹36,612.98 per month
