Full Job Description
Office Administrator Job Purpose:Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.Office Administrator Job Duties:Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee eventsArranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshmentsManages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mailAssists in planning and arranging events, including organizing cateringHandles expenses and billing cyclesManages reception area and looks after visitorsAnswers phone calls and transfer them as necessaryDrafts, formats, and prints relevant documentsMaintains stock lists and orders office supplies as neededManages staff expense requestsInteracts with directors and carries out their requestsCreates agendas and takes meeting notesAssists in purchase orders and invoicingMaintains accurate records for employee holiday requestsManages outgoing posts and records data on special deliveriesPhotocopies and files appropriate documents as neededAttends workshops and conferences when requestedMay take care of website functions and social media profilesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Overtime paySpeak with the employer+91 9281021764
