Full Job Description
Responsible for the expanding the channel and to drive the sales of the Solar division.
To make dealers and system integrators to understand the company focuses area and the respective schemes for different product portfolios in order to make dealer aligned with company short and long term mission & vision.
Drove key product sales targets for respective territories.
Identified, planned & executed key initiatives in the area of distribution expansion & sales operations.
Managing, technical training and updating the team of Market Sales Representative (MSR) and dealers sales team at regular interval of time regarding the new products.
Responsible for tracking government projects in entire north India through tracking government nodal agencies.
