Full Job Description
Administration· Monitor and Control admin budgets and adhere to procedures· Facility Management – Oversee facilities services and maintenance, Infrastructure Upkeep & Maintenance, CCTV maintenance, Housekeeping and Cleanliness, Physical Security, Pest Control, Pantry Management, First Aid Kits· Security –company Security Policy’s, Threat & Risk Assessments, Security Service Vendor Selection and Due Diligence, Asset Protection.· Responsible for fire & Safety operations by periodically checking of Fire extinguishers.· Inventory Management – Monitor inventory of office supplies, procurement of office equipment, vendor approval, KYC, cost comparison with attention to budgetary constraints. placement & delivery, AMC renewal & Agreements· Travel Management -Managing Travel arrangements, Transport Services (Cab Booking associate Pickup and Dropping)· Vendor Management – Ensuring negotiation and timely reviews with vendors & service providers for achieving best services levels at optimum cost.· SOP- Formulating/reviewing and adhering SOPs for Administration/ Asset Management & other administration related -Movable asset records, furniture & fixtures, IT records.· Assist and manage the stock received at Security and coordinate with respective department.· Expense Management -Manage day to day admin expenses and adhere to all statutory obligations within timeline. Pett cash to be handled for Office expenses.Compliance & Liaison Adherence -Assistance in liaising with Govt. authorities for various statutory compliances of facility & building, Pollution Deptt, Water, Electricity board other relevant bodies as requiredData Management -Maintain Data, Asset list & vendor record, documentation for service Record for all equipment/Contract labor statutory compliance requirements -Centralized for monitoringEnsure daily/monthly & yearly MIS reports required by the management are prepared in an appropriate form and on a timely basis· To Educate, motivate, and train administrative staff including HK, Drivers, Security personnel as per service standardsHuman ResourceMaintain and Monitor attendance system of Corporate OfficeMaintain Personnel files of Staff with soft data records.Assist in Recruitment Cycle as and when required with maintenance of recruitment file records.Assistance in implementation of guidelines/process of HR.Any other duties as and when directed by Reporting ManagerApplication Deadline: 25/10/2021Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:COVID-19 considerations:All staff Wear Mask and common surfaces are sanitized regularly.Experience:Admin: 4 years (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
