Role

• Oversee our team of the medical representative to evaluate their performance and Wellness.
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Meet with management to discuss and strategize solutions and conduct performance reviews.
• Make sure in new hiring for the company.
• Take initiatives for better employee culture.
• Conduct market research on employee compensation and benefits.
• Negotiate with management regarding employee complaints payrolls and benefits.
