What you’ll be doing

• In collaboration with Senior Finance Manager work with Business Leaders and Finance Team for creating pro-active analysis around Cost Base (P&L)
• Supporting in building tight internal Controls.
• Supporting to improve the cost containment for various areas within the function
• Building Monthly Finance Reviews
• Preparing Annual Budgeting, Monthly Forecasting, Month-end Review Process
• Identifying critical business issues impacting on cost and implement corrective actions with the support of management.
• Working alongside Senior Finance Manager to improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
• Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
• Working alongside Senior Finance Manager to build partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Management and their teams
• Provide Management with recommendations post consulting with Senior Finance Manager regarding the development and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Take an active role in projects to help the business to achieve its targets.
• Liaise with the wider India and APAC Controllership Team
• Work with Finance teams from Regions and Global Services and support them in understanding the recharge mechanism and cost

Qualifications
More about you

• A qualified accountant, CA/ICWA/MBA with 5-7 years of experience preferably in Banking/IT Industry.
• Hands-on and comfortable with a fast paced, dynamic environment – Exposure to ERP and other BI Tools (Preferably Oracle and Hyperion).
• Strong relevant knowledge and understanding of technical accounting topics with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Application of commercial awareness and analytical capability to inform decision making
• Analytical with attention to detail, operating to a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Pro active attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
