Job Description
Your primary role will be to
Provide software and system administration supportProvide expert 24x7x365 TWS/IWS services and scheduling supportProvide callout support on rotation for TWS/IWS services and scheduling issuesDeploy and support scheduling software across platformsAuthor Test Cases to validate native/new functionalityRepresent the team at technical/business meetings/events in a professional and assertive manner.Develop relationships with third-party vendors in support of future requirements and technologies.Communicate and collaborate with Business & Operational TeamsPlanning and developing technical roadmaps, liaising with business and vendorsTWS/IWS Ownership of issue and problem to resolution (internal and vendor support)Follow Experian ITIL Business processes, Change, Incident, Problem and Root Cause Analysis processesManage TWS/IWS in line with Experian security, compliance, and policies, using standard tools, e.g., CyberArk, Identity Central, ServiceNow
Education / Experience
Graduate or Equivalent education in a computing relevant subjectExperience working within a complex Distributed environmentWorkload Automation software administration on Distributed systems
Qualifications
Required Skills
Knowledge and experience with Distributed systemsLinux/UNIX/Win administration, basic shell codeUnderstanding system folders and file structures, file typesExperience of MS Office (+ 365) and cloud hosted applicationsIdeal tool is IBM Workload Scheduler (TWS/IWS)Strong knowledge of scheduling tools, capabilities, and functionalityExperience maintaining scheduling infrastructure and hostsUnderstanding of TWS/IWS Batch Interfaces i.e., DWC, Web Admin
Desirable skills
Use of TWS/IWS in Cloud environmentsAPI function and capabilities of IWSFile transfer capabilities and best practiceCritical Path analysis and best practiceKnowledge of ServiceNowITIL ProcessesAgile Concepts
