Responsibilities:
Position: PLM Administrator
Work location: India
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Qualification: Diploma Engineering / BCA / BE / B Tech. in Computer Engineering or IT

Primary Responsibilities:
Candidate who has worked in PLM administration for ARAS Innovator.
Perform helpdesk ticket remediation to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Able to upgrade/installation ARAS Innovator.
Troubleshooting/ Creating workflows and / or customizing workflows in ARAS Innovator.
Configure new workflow using existing templates
Working with other IT personnel to maintain PLM/PDM/CAD servers and databases.
Maintain ARAS users’ troubles, providing prompt support and solutions globally.
ARAS implementation and Integration with Siemens tools Testing and debugging is nice to have.
Execute system backup and restoration
Maintain system documentation
Implement hardware, software, and procedural solutions to solve problems or improve processes to meet the needs of the constantly changing global and business environment, when necessary
Create, document, teach and promote best practices and procedures for PLM and engineering authoring tools system and business administration
