Job Requirements:
Bachelors in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Automobile) with a CGPA of 7 and above. MBA in supply chain will be added advantage

Minimum 1-3 years of experience – Preferred working experience from Lubes/ Automobiles / FMCG / Supply chain

A highly motivated team player with excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Basic SAP knowledge in Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash(desired)

Job Role Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment network lanes to meet the product availability expectations (customer service levels) and the desired inventory levels

o Review / resolve distribution / deployment planning expectations

o Timely update information on back-orders and future shortages in ProActive3 for customer services to be able to communicate reliable feedback to customers

o Review, modify and approve inter/intra-plant shipments generated by ALB (Auto Load Builder)

o Build, modify and approve inter/intra-plant shipments on lanes not handled by ALB (ExxonMobil advanced planning tools)

o Manage load leveling for inter/intra-plant shipments

• Expedite orders as necessary to meet network requirements
• Manage network build / draw plans as laid out by the supply/planning manager
• Create manual purchase requisitions and orders for Import or if requested from network
• Work with production planners and logistics team to optimize the execution and costs of interplant replenishment operation
• Work with the import team for optimal import deployment planning
• Work with the demand planner and with the third party suppliers for optimal 3rd Party Specs purchase planning
• Manage deployment plan performance for local & imported products
• Analyze stock-out performance per assigned location and take appropriate actions to avoid zero inventory & customer service level
• Analyze deployment trends and impact on planning parameters (safety stock, lot size), initiate any parameter changes based on analysis to improve deployment performance
• Work with network planning managers, plant production planners, team leads and local logistics team to optimize and continuously improve the execution of inter intra-plant deployment operations
• Shared responsibility for inventory availability, perfect order metrics and the target fulfilment rate
• Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the Brand Product Integrity Management System (BPIMS) Framework
• Update Inventory tracker template on daily basis
• Ensure daily critical tasks are actioned e.g. Product planning for product to stock and product to order , integrity report, etc.
• Manage the replenishment of finished packaged and bulk products within lubes network to meet customer service levels and the desired inventory levels, through reviewing and approving plans to replenish products from manufacturing plants/regional distribution centers, third party supplier and/or importing from overseas affiliates.
• Within the deployment team help to maximize the customer experience while further optimizing the overall supply chains costs, OPEX & cost of goods sold and inventory optimization
