Staff/Intern – The primary role of a Staff is to analyze information to ensure accuracy of deliverables and help Team Leads/Assistant Managers to manage relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all QA tasks meet quality criteria through test strategy/planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute manual testcases
• Proactive in meetings and other QA activities as a good team member
• Strong ownership mentality
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

Qualifications:

• Completed a B-Tech/MTech in Computer Science/IT from a renowned University
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Good understanding of Programming language like Java or Python
• Knowledge on in any database like SQL/Oracle.
• Need to have good skill in algorithm and analysis for scenario findings.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge on in any Test Management tools like ALM, JIRA, and/or Azure DevOps.
