EY Looking For Procurement Expert and contract management at Delhi, Full Time

Job Description:

• Must have 7+ Years of experience.

• Expertise in drafting and managing complex IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition.

• Experience in monitoring compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks.

• Skilled in defining RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for Government large scale IT projects.

• Oversight of contract clauses for transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets.

• Monitoring contractual compliance of system integrators and third party supplier agreements.

• Proficient in aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs.

• Experienced in risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts.
