Key Responsibilities:
Years of Functional Experience: 8 to 10 years of work experience in Learning and Development. Preferred Industry – Retail, hospitality and QSR , Prior experience content development, Training delivery, Competency Mapping, Assessment Centre & Succession Planning is mandatory.
Degree/Diploma: Bachelor’s degree in Education, learning and development or related field.
Relevant experience in Competency Mapping, Leadership & Succession planning, designing ,delivering and evaluating training programs.
Must Have skills: Excellent communication, Succession Planning, Stake holder Management skills, Decision making, Problem solving & Team Management.
