Job ObjectiveOverall responsible for Administration activities which includes statutory compliance, Liaoning, cost optimization and streamlining admin processes.Principal Accountabilities Overseeing the complete upkeep, including minor repairs and maintenance, housekeeping within the company premises Ensure smooth working of office equipments like xerox machines, fax machines, telephones etc. by arranging for annual maintenance contract from authorized agency. Ensure timely payment of utility service such as electricity, water charges, office telephones, etc Ensure smooth installation and maintenance of communication facilities like landlines, mobiles, mobile handsets, data cards, video conference, etc. Execute renovation / new projects for old / upcoming company property in line with estimated budgets and ensure cost saving in activities through new approaches. Maintain and upkeep of company & leased flats. Ensure payment of property tax for company’s flats, guest houses, etc on or before due date. Maintenance and upkeep of property related documents / approved plans etc and updating of the status of company property with relevant records. Prepare and maintain administration budget and keep track and control on expenses on budget vs actual. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary approx. Knowledge of admin systems and processes Knowledge of Statutory Compliance Understanding of Liaoning Negotiation skills Go-getter and assertive An analytical mind with problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills Proficient in MS Officevals. Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) Liaison with government officials like POLICE / Telecommunication / BMC / ELECTRICITY etc. Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.Knowledge and skill set Knowledge of admin systems and processes Knowledge of Statutory Compliance Understanding of Liasoning Negotiation skills Go-getter and assertive An analytical mind with problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills Proficient in MS OfficeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR30,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
