Eligibility

• Age: 18-35 years

• Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Diploma Degree

• Candidates with following Skills will be preferred: Can handle Inbound/ Outbound Calls

• Fluency in English & Hindi Communications is must

• Experienced candidate will be preferred

• Freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Sell Support, Call Handling etc

• Maintaining Sales Records & Taking Care of all division business Leads, Sales, Customer Follow ups

• Need to work on Offline & Field Marketing in case required

• Need to do Business Vendors, Client & Investor Meetings & Presentations & Closing up the deal

• Ensuring Company Operations From Lead Generation till Customer Order Delivery

• Daily Reporting of Each Day Work in Excel to director

• Ability and Willing to learn new things on a regular basis
• Any other responsibility if given by director/company

Selection Process

• Round 01: Job Application/CV Screening
• Round 02: Written Test (Interpersonal Skills)
• Round 03: Group Discussion (via Zoom)
• Round 04: Personal Interview (via Zoom)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Rs. 15,000- 60,000 per month + I + B (depends on interview)
• Incentives (As per sales and other responsibilities)
• Bonus (As per Business Target)

Working Hours:

• Mon-Sat, 9 hrs/day, 6 days/week
• Work from Office only (Bangalore Location)
