95% Ensure RAW transcripts are uploaded within 3x of the call length with an accuracy of 96.5% also on Express Calls the text are updated on the Express Window for the Clients to see on a regular manner Raw Transcript with 4.3 t score and #x TAT.

5% Back up for TL
Managing the transcription team in absence of the Team Lead. Pick calls and allocate them to transcribers.
Feedback to transcribers on the segments reviewed by them.
Live calls are uploaded and the team is occupied
Required Skills:
Listening Ability To be able to review the transcript while listening to different accents
Typing Skills To be able to type/edit the transcripts faster accurately
Strong Knowledge of Financial terms To understand the context of the calls and terminologies being used as the calls are majorly related to financial performance of the company.
Research Skill To be able to research on the relevant Products, Executive names not easily understandable in the audio
Ability to work in Pressure The nature of the work is highly tiring both physically and mentally and hence to be able to absorb the pressure is a very essential requirement for the job
Ownership As the role requires to acts as backup of TL during their absence, the role requires Ownership
