We are looking to hire a data analyst to join FactSuite. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

2. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

3. Data collection, query, modification, cleaning, analytics, and other strategies on the database that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

4. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

5. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to generate reports which improve operational and business performance.

6. Filter and clean data from system generated reports and derive meaningful insights from data by coordinating with the operations team.

7. Automate business reports and processes to bring in work efficiency among the teams.

8. Defining new data collection and analysis processes with the IT team.

9. Assist with data standardization and defining data governance norms.

10. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity from a business standpoint.

11. Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.

12. Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.

13. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

14. Generating reports from single or multiple systems.

15. Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.

16. Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.

17. Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Work experience as a data analyst.
• Skilled at SQL, Python, Power BI & Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge on PHP would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
