• Month end financial preparation and management reporting

• * Handling Daily Transaction, Petty cash book in Tally and Quick book

• * Verification of Account Receivable and Accounts Payable

• * Statutory Audit and Tax Audit, Preparation and Finalization of Accounts

• * GST Registration and Preparation of GST Return on Monthly and Quarterly Basis

• * Income Tax Filing of Individual as well as Firm and Company

• * TDS calculation, filing and TDS corrections.

• * Statutory Filings: Professional Tax, PF and ESI

• * Preparing monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statement handling with Internal Audit

• * Handling Incorporation of Companies and All Filings with Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

• * Performed ROC documentation, Company and LLP incorporation, director appointment and resignation, drafting agreement for LLP, Annual return filling-company and LLP.

• * Prepared certificates 15CB and 15CA

• * Defining best practices for project support and documentation.

• * Preparing cashflow statements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
