We at Synergy Global Technologies Inc USA, are looking for Customer Service Representatives for one of our Restaurants in New Jersey USA. Positions are based at our Hyderabad India Office.

As the client area is the USA, these positions are purely on USA Eastern Times (EST/EDT) only. That is, working hours would be Indian hours 8PM/9PM to 6AM/7AM IST, with a Lunch break.

We are looking out for Smart, Bright personnel, any Diploma/Grads/PGs.

• English language speaking and comprehension are required criteria.
• Excellent and Courteous client handling is the key, as this position is for the Hospitality industry.
• Pick up / Drop will be provided according to COVID appropriate standards
• Prompt pay with overtime and incentives will be offered.
• There are no targets or sales, as these are incoming calls of our clients.
• Background and Financial verifications will strictly be carried out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
