Fairplay Management DMCC Hiring for Chat Support Executive at Mumbai Full Time

Fairplay Management DMCC is a fully owned subsidiary of a multi national company, Fairplay Ventures, which is one of world’s largest legalized online sports betting exchange. We are headquartered in Dubai, UAE.

We are seeking smart, aggressive Chat Support Executives (Remote Support) for online support to our customers

The primary duties for the job includes

1. Providing fast chat support to the clients

2. Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints via chat messaging

3. Being part of online sales team to convert the HNI leads into customer base.

4. Reviewing customer accounts and transactions, working on reactivation of older account and providing prompt feedback support.

5. Communicating with customer’s in-person, through email or chat, over the phone or on social media.

6. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels.

7. Referring key customers’ queries or accounts to superiors when necessary.

8. Providing highest level of customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

1. Excellent Typing skills- Who can respond to chat queries fast and close open tickets easily

2. Strong computer skills, particularly focused on chat support

3. This job is ideal for females or young college interns who prefers work at home options. The evening shift is ideal for those who seek part-time opportunities for additional income.

4. Positive Can-Do attitude with mindset to learn newer concepts and emerging business sectors.

This job a 9 hour shift job with 2 shifts (on rotational basis) from 9 AM to 1 AM IST. And this shall be permanently work from home option.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
