FENG GROUP Hiring for Sales Operations Specialist (Senior) at Remote Full Time

Integrated into the Sales Division, the ideal candidate will bring a real plus to the team on a daily basis by ensuring the highest possible grade of customer satisfaction for the top partners of the company.

The role will require a highly dynamic and motivated candidate who is experienced in supporting an international trading organization and willing to go the extra mile on a daily basis.

Tasks

• Adhere to company guidelines, principles and procedures;
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records, gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and Sales team;
• Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service, and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails by proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
• Attending daily, weekly meetings with the sales team, prepare meeting minutes and share them with the team and create follow up tasks in project management tool e.g ASANA;
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust with coordination with the sales team and other departments if needed;
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
• Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and detailed information of rates, customer status, and incoming inventory;
• Understand the Sales Team figures and goals, and proactively assist them to meet or exceed these goals;
• Record keeping responsibilities may include sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales basic proposals for prospective customers;
• Produce professional-quality reports, presentations, and briefs (monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts);
• Supporting & working with sales team on centralized and standardized operational tasks including a variety of other administrative tasks;

• Excellent language skills in English both in verbal and writing. French is a plus;

• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately and execute them as agreed;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
