About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on mobile development and UI/UX design. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our mobile applications that meet user needs. 

The role involves collaboration within a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features and provide robust solutions that support both front-end and back-end structures. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms using Flutter or a similar framework. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. 

• Develop UI/UX designs that are user-friendly and effective across mobile platforms. 

• Utilize a variety of web languages to mirror mobile app experiences on web platforms when necessary. 

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and improve performance. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on mobile app development. 

• Strong knowledge of Flutter or equivalent frameworks for iOS and Android development. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. 

• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. 

• Expertise in backend development with experience in Node.js, Express, Django, or Flask. Strong capability in handling service-oriented architecture and APIs. 

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. 

• Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net, or similar. Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. 

• Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and interface guidelines. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and understanding of scalable computing systems. Understanding of security practices, data protection measures, and software development best practices. 

Desirable Skills: 

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in integrating third-party solutions in mobile applications. 

• Basic understanding or interest in Machine Learning and its applications in improving app functionalities and user experience.
